This effect is especially strong with any CYP3A4 inhibitors, including diazepam, and CYP2B6 inhibitors, for example orphenadrine, due to the way they raise plasma concentrations of ketamine brought on by inhibition of its metabolites. Do not flush medications down the bathroom or pour them into a
